David Rash |

|
David C. Rash was born on August 18, 1962 in Colorado Springs,
Colorado. Mr. Rash is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association
and Florida Bar. Since 1990, Mr. Rash has successfully tried numerous
criminal and catastrophic injury cases in the state and federal courts
of Louisiana and Florida, including having worked on a landmark tobacco
class action in Miami resulting in a $4 billion verdict, recently
overturned on appeal. Mr. Rash has argued before the Florida Supreme
Court and most recently, he was involved in a case against a major
cruise line where the catastrophically injured crew member client
received a $9 million settlement before a trial date had even been set.
Mr. Rash has earned the highest ability and ethical "AV" rating from
Martindale-Hubbell, the world's most preeminent peer review rating
service.
For the past 7 years, he has exclusively practiced admiralty and
maritime law representing crew members and cruise passengers who have
been catastrophically injured or killed in maritime disasters, and
arresting vessels in order to obtain the payment of past due crew wages
from unscrupulous ship owners. He has represented clients from all over
the world, including Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador,
Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Jamaica, Trinidad, St. Vincent,
Colombia, Peru, Chile, Italy, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Ukraine,
Belarus, Bulgaria, Myanmar, India, Philippines and Indonesia. He is a
member of American Association for Justice (Leaders' Forum and
Admiralty Law Section), Florida Justice Association (Eagle Sponsor),
Miami-Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, Southeastern Admiralty Law
Institute, and Florida Admiralty Trial Lawyers Association.
