Kimberly Boldt
  Kimberly Boldt
Kimberly L. Boldt is from Jacksonville, Florida. She practices in the areas of appeals, appellate litigation support and insurance law. In 1988, she received her B.S. from Liberty University and in 1992 she received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Boldt is a board certified appellate attorney. She received her certification in 1998 after fulfilling the rigid requirements set by the Florida Bar's Board of Legal Specialization and Education for that specialty. She has handled appeals before the Florida Supreme Court, in each of Florida's five district courts of appeal, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She has numerous reported appellate decisions to her credit on a wide array issues. Ms. Boldt recently obtained an affirmance of a $22.5 million jury verdict in a commercial products liability action which was tried in Federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Following the issuance of that appellate decision, the subsequently filed companion case settled for an undisclosed amount.

Ms. Boldt has developed an insurance coverage sub-specialty as well. She has provided numerous coverage analyses to both insurance companies and insureds in connection with all types of insurance policies. She has litigated insurance coverage disputes at the trial level and has handled many appeals involving the interpretation and application of insurance policy language. For example, she represented a major U.S. oil company in Federal court in the U.S. Virgin Islands who was seeking insurance coverage for environmental damage. The case was ultimately settled for an undisclosed amount. Ms. Boldt also participated in an insurance coverage case in California where a nationally distributed defective product caused property damage to homeowners across the United States.
