JEREMY
ALTERS
Jeremy W. Alters is the founding and managing partner of Alters Law
Firm with an office headquartered in Miami, FL . Alters Law Firm
handles consumer class actions, medical malpractice, products
liability, wrongful death, maritime and tragic brain injury cases for
individuals and families. For business owners, Alters Law Firm
represents Plaintiffs in major business disputes where a trial lawyer
is needed for the effective resolution of the case whether by trial or
settlement. Mr. Alters is the firm’s lead litigator for mass torts,
consumer class actions, and most recently serves as lead co-counsel in
the Multidistrict Litigation relating to Banking Overdraft fees, and is

surrounding the Chinese drywall crisis. At 40-years-old, Mr. Alters
manages every aspect of the law firm.

DAVID
RASH
David C. Rash was born on August 18, 1962 in Colorado Springs,
Colorado. Mr. Rash is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association
and Florida Bar. Since 1990, Mr. Rash has successfully tried numerous
criminal and catastrophic injury cases in the state and federal courts
of Louisiana and Florida, including having worked on a landmark tobacco
class action in Miami resulting in a $4 billion verdict, recently
overturned on appeal. Mr. Rash has argued before the Florida Supreme
Court and most recently, he was involved in a case against a major
cruise line where the catastrophically injured crew member client
received a $9 million settlement before a trial date had even been set.
Mr. Rash has earned the highest ability and ethical 'AV' rating from
Martindale-Hubbell, the world's most preeminent peer review rating
service.

JUSTIN
GROSZ
Justin D. Grosz is an attorney at Alters Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Grosz has
been a member of the Florida Bar since 1993. He began his career with
the State Attorney's Office in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, where
he spent close to 12 years as an Assistant State Attorney. While there,
he specialized in the investigation and prosecution of career criminals
charged with Homicide, Kidnapping, Armed Robbery and Carjacking,
dedicating himself to assisting victims of violent crimes obtain
justice. He also supervised fellow prosecutors in the investigation and
prosecution of DUI Manslaughter, Vehicular Homicide and Hit and Run
fatalities. Justin has been board certified in criminal trial practice
since 2002 and has been a member of the Federal Bar since 1999.

MATTHEW
MOORE
Matthew T. Moore became an associate
of Alters Law Firm, P.A. in 2009 after clerking at the firm during his
last two years of law school. He graduated summa
cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad
Law Center in May 2009. Among other achievements while at
Nova, he was editor-in-chief of Nova Law Review,
the school’s first evening student to attain that position, and was the
recipient of the Student Bar Association’s Award for Academic
Excellence. Mr. Moore concentrates on appellate and federal
practice, as well as litigation support for the firm’s various
divisions.
